And to clarify when you said "It is one centralized web-based application" you mean InfoView, which is the interface to CRS in a Browser correct?
That should work, I'm wondering now if this is a Caching issue. But that would potentially only be a possible problem if they were running reports at the exact same time.....
So from Infoview when one of the other hospitals runs the report get them to export to RPT format, even though there is no data, you should be able to look at the record selection formula and see what is happening. That saves data with the report with the value applied, open that report up in CR Designer and look at the Record selection formula. What does it show for the Facility ID?
If it's not what they typed in it could be how you are changing the filtering, if it does have the correct ID what happens if you hit the Refresh button, do you now see data?
