Hello Ram,
usually when a Datetime object is displayed in report it displays Time as 12:00:00 AM if no specific Timestamp is given at backend so if you are matching it with a date object if the time matches to 12:00:00 AM along with Date it pulls that record.
Now if you want the Excel O/P to show the date only then you can Right Click on that Date Object and Click on Format Number and choose the date format that you want to display in the O/P.
