1. Take the default line form the material (SC Material) source lists.

       ...... I think in SC PO level assignment is required to populate default source

   2. The system will take the vendor from the default line, and will go into to find the info-record for the combination of SC material and the vendor.

    ....... Once point one is set then requirement 2 may happen

   3. From the info-record the system will take the production version.

    .... This is critical because production version is triggering from material level I have doubt whether it will happen from info record

  4. The system will take into account the:

       a.The net price for the subcontracting work cost.

           .... It will come from condition records

        b. The BOM usage and Alternative BOM for the                            BOMcomponents that we send to the SC vendor.

           ..... Once prod version is set, it will happen

   So, in my view point 3 is most critical and within standard procedure I have doubt to achieve.
