1.Please first check note 1013376 - FAQ Note: CRM WebClient Transaction Launcher and especially follow below.
(16) SSO configuration between CRM system and the ITS based (BOR based) launch transactions do not work. The ITS logon screen comes up when trying to launch such transcactions.
To use SSO for ITS based launch transactions, the following requirements must be met:
(a) CRM system must issue the logon ticket login/create_sso2_ticket = 2
(b) R/3 system and ITS must accept the logon ticket login/accept_sso2_ticket = 1
(c) In transaction SSO2 you must ensure that the two systems can exchange their tickets.
The parameters login/create_sso2_ticket and login/accept_sso2_ticket are profile parameters that can be
maintained via transaction RZ11.
2.in your crm system, execute T-code SM59, ABAP connection-> Your ERP system,
"logon & security" , make sure 'Current user' is checked, and 'Trust
relationship' is 'Yes'.
3.Please check note 1501203 - Log on pop up screen displayed when you try to display ERP sales order in
CRM web gui and
=> Go to IE, tools->internet options-> security
->Custom level-> goto 'User authentication',
=>Select the "automatic logon with current user name & password"
=>Then you will not get the logon pop up, but please insure that the
ERP user is the same as you crm web gui user.
