Report run process

Hi,

I want to understand the process of BICS Connectivity for Webi 4.1 SP 3. I have few questions and I searched the web but did not find the answer

1) how the process work when we run the Webi report first time

2) how the process work when we have scheduled report and user run this report

3) how the process behave if we use the prompt

4) how the process behave if we use input control.

Please help me to understand these process
