Hi Carlo,
If the partner is getting a bad public key error, it may well be because the public key(of 3rd party) which you are using to communicate the asymmetric key to their server may not be getting decrypted at their end as their public key is incorrect or not installed at your end. Please reinstall the public key accordingly and check if it works.
