Please can you check the value of icm/host_name_full parameter. It should be your host name.
Can you try to re-execute the HTTP services in SPRO->SAP Solman-> Basic settings->Http Services
Please check the entries in /etc/host
Can you adjust table HTTPURLLOC with your hostname
