Hi Syam
Your region field is compounded to another infoobject. You could check it in infoobject maintenance screen.
For the Not assigned values, please check the cube level information. Report is just reflecting what is available in cube. If cube doesnt have transaction data against region, then it will not show in the report.
Please check these and let me know.
