Thanks for your response the thing is i Don't want to apply the conditional formatting, Because it will
not full fill the requirements,
Step1: The Performer will Submit the form activity
Step2: The reviewer will open the activity(Input Form)
Step3: The reviewer opens the Input Form and He will Change the Values Based on his perceptions.
Step4: Whatever the value as been changed by the Performer, That Value Should be Highlighted With Color.
Why am not using conditional formatting is because the value may be any thing it may High or Low.
