Hi Roberto, I checked everything you suggested, however, the users are still unable to see the comments.
When the users send the data through input template they can see comments after refresh (evcom). But when they use report that is specific to pull data (evcgt) it doesn't work.
Another thing is that the comment retrieval works only for me and only on my computer.
When I try to pull the data from another computer under my ID it doesn't work.
I also tried to run the report under other user profile (admin as well) on my computer and still no luck.
Any ideas what can cause it?
