CMC not able to load after restart

Dear All,

CMC not able to load after restart.  When i checked logging directory .glf file showing as

exception occurred trying to invoke the getter on the mbean

and some where inside of .gc file showing full by below message

is somthing wrong with GC??

Can any one help me ASAP
