Hi Tim;
Did you see Terry's response about the "Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service"? You might have to play around shutting down with a few services until the IDE starts.
Also:
1) Have you checked the W10 event logs for any suspicious error(s)?
2) Did you start the W10 Task Manager and try to locate what the PB.EXE is waiting on?
- If its listed in TM, use the RHMB on the "SAP PowerBuilder 12.6" process name.
- Then select the "Go to Details" on the resulting pop-up menu
- In the next screen, use a RHMB on the PB126.exe in the list
- From that resulting pop-up menu, select the "Analyze Wait Chain" menu option
=> Hopefully, that might also give you a clue as to what is causing the IDE to hang! ![]()
