%LINK_GET_REQ_STATUS% is going to approval link

Hello,

We are currently in GRC 10.1 SP12, the variable %LINK_GET_REQ_STATUS% is redirecting us to the approval link instead of the Request Status.

Is there a SAP Note to resolve the issue.
