Even then if I make change to say Material sales text it only triggers the sales text and not the rest.
Individually however if I change these texts since I have activated the change pointers it sends them.
Sorry, this is still a bit confusing. You might want to clarify what is the specific sequence of the events. In general, however, I'd expect only the data related to the change in the IDoc, not "full snapshot". But I don't have a system handy right now to confirm.
But if you fill there is an error then, as I said, report it to SAP. Just make sure to include the specific steps you're doing and what the expectation is.
