Do you set the deletion flag in XD06? What is the message number of waring " sales employee has been deleted", is it VPD002?
In standard system, warning message VPD002 will be issued when creating order with a partner function that has been marked as deletion. The deletion flag is used for archiving purpose, the customer is not deleted actually.
Also, the message is hard coded as warning so that it cannot be changed to error via customizing.
You need to implement modifications to change it to error so that it is not possible to create order with
such partner function.
