Customer PO email notification

Hello Everyone,

We drop EDI orders in to SAP. One customer purchase order number is linked with many sales orders in the system.

So when the orders are getting dropped in to SAP, the requirement is to send the notification to user in the email that sales orders are created in the system for this customer PO.

I cannot use sending email output message from the sales order because sale order has only certain information from the customer PO.

How to consolidate all sales order information for particular customer PO and send the notification to the administrator.
