Dear experts,
We have installed SAP B1 9.2 PL00 and MS SQL 2014. SAP B1 is installed in different server than MS SQL and the SQL works with name instant and the servers are located in company's internal network.
When we are trying to connect to SAP B1, there is the message that system cannot connect to SLD. We had tried to open the SLD and pops-up the message that SLD is not started.
We have following the below steps :
- All firewall and antivirus are closed.
- The TCP/IP protocol for the name instant is enable.
- The port of the instant is open in both servers.
- The services are started and after the message we have restart them.
- We had unistalled and re-installed server tools.
Do you have any idea why this happening?
King Regards,
