Dear priya yes you can install sap simple finance 2.0 sp03 on premise edition here i m attaching the exact location where you find the instillation media . When it comes to the migration its little bit difficult you need to understand the xml file components and experience db migration as according to me you can go for straight away installation instead of migration . just to reduce the complexity
