Re: C4S for HR - Assign tickets as confidential and restrict access

Does anyone have any suggestion on this scenario:

 

Business user assigned to org unit and subsequently aligned to a Business role.  The Business role only has access to specific Employee Specific tickets that are assigned to 3 of the 5 org units?
