If you want to make it appear as a link then you need to use CSS to make it appear like one (maybe use of color and underline i suppose). Inherently Title is a property and not an aggregation. The sapui5 internals will always render it as text field. In case you want an sap.m.Link then you can use the aggregate "attributes" within the objectlistitem control. Because sap.m.ObjectAttribute has a aggregation called "CustomControl" and you can create a sap.m..Link here.
Else if you want to click anywhere in the row then mark your listitem as active and implement the press event to navigate.
