But, there is no such option where only Excise invoice can be captured with out Part1 update.
To my best knowledge, I have seen only two cases in Excise. Excise invoice where Cenvat credit is allowed and Excise invoice where Cenvat Credit is not allowed or Partially allowed. (Where ever Cenvat Credit is not allowed, duty portion can be loaded to Material cost using Inventorised conditions)
