For the above requirement, there is no need to create any object in the universe level.
You can achieve this by simply scheduling the Audit reports. You can schedule the reports to email destination in order to have the instance of the report on your email id or on the customer's email id. For scheduling to email destination, you need to have Email destination configured on the Adaptive Job server.
Following are the steps:
1. Browse to the location of the report.
2. Right click the report and select Schedule.
3. Select Recurrence as Weekly, select the day of the week you want to have the report scheduled like in your case last working day of the week say for ex. Friday, enter start date and end date.
4. Select other scheduling options as required.
5. Select Destinations. Choose Email. Enter the required fields.
6. After having all the details entered, click schedule.
This will schedule the report on the selected day of every week and send the instance to email destination for the emails id's mentioned.
