Hi

You can create Employees as Customers, may be one time customers and book the transaction through FB70. This should allow you to book the invoice with a VAT Tax code and receive the VAT Amount payable to Govt from the employee. This will also be updated in the BSET table ensuring that the transaction is reported in the standard VAT Reports.
