I got your point, you explained the differences between "A","B","C" and blank.
I understand,in your example, the "reference" means the corresponding text of the preceding document-the oppt,right? and seems that if I choose "A" or leave blank,the system works similar.
Am I right?
The fact is that, we have a weird defect, when creating a quot from a oppt,the text in the oppt sometimes was not copied to the quot. We failed to reproduce the issue.
In the configuration of the text procedure of the quote,we use blank in the filed "Transfer" in the text type,check below screen shot.
I'm not sure whether this could be the cause,should I have to use "A" instead?
Do you have any suggestion?
