Hi Kalyan,
The user who edited the Task list, should have saved the maintenance plan with 3 Mon package, later Task list was edited and was re-scheduled.
New plans should not have a problem.

2184551 - Deleted Maintenace packages are taken into account
This looks like the intended behavior of SAP.
