are you doing any thing in the RSBKREQUEST table and have you tried editing the request through tables?
in past request how you loaded the data and while activation the DSO request use the options donot condense while activaiting the request.
add the one more step create the new DTP then trigger the DTP.
if have any red request in DSO delete it and try.
