Country drop down is blank in Address Portlet

Hello,

 

I have issue with my sale demo instance DC8, issue is Country drop down is blank in Address Portlet.

 

Reviewing the SuccessFactors community and scn I did:

1. Uncheck the 'Employee Centra V2' option in provisioning > save.

2. re-login to provisioning and checked 'Employee Central V2' check box

3. logged into my sales instance, still I could not see country drop down.

 

But few of my colleagues also have same issue and they did same above steps and their problem got resolved. Requested new demo instance but still same issue. Also requested for re-indexed my sale instance still getting same issue. 

 

Can anyone please provide fix or resolutions steps for this issue.
